Description:

Job Description: Oversee the export compliance program at a growing global aerospace company as the Empowered Official. This is a high visibility position with complete management support and freedom to ensure compliance!

Responsibilities:

-Serve as main export compliance and licensing professional for trade compliance

-Serve as the Empowered Official for company export licensing program

-Lead company training program covering ITAR, EAR, OFAC including export licensing, export documentation, technology transfers, denied parties, etc.

-File EAR and ITAR licenses as required

-Oversee license agreements with suppliers and customers

-Communicate export and licensing changes to company employees and associates

-Develop export training materials including web based systems

Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience in oversight of an export compliance program

Experience in trade compliance namely ITAR and BIS export licensing requirements
