Overview: Leading defense company needs experienced export compliance professional to join their team. Great work environment with alternate Friday’s off!

Location: Southern New Hampshire. NH has no state income or sales tax!

Responsibilities:

-Manage export compliance function emphasizing export licensing

-Review and manage EAR and ITAR licenses, TAA’s and MLA’s

-Serve as company Empowered Official for export licensing

-Act as company Technology Control Officer

-Advise company on export licensing requirements

-Provide compliance training to company employees and associates on export licensing

-Manage export compliance manual

-Work with the trade compliance team to support company-wide export controls program

-Manage the EAR and ITAR regulations

-Coordinate with customs brokers on import requirements

-Develop and conduct internal audits of export documents to ensure compliance

-Develop and update export compliance manual

-Communicate with other departments to ensure compliance with export reg’s

Qualifications:

-Hands-on experience with ITAR and EAR license creation, filing and management necessary

-Previous experience as an Empowered Official preferred

-Knowledge of import and Customs compliance regulations

-TAA and MLA experience

-Previous experience in a corporate export compliance program

-Bachelor’s Degree Required
