Anti-Dumping Duty Specialist

Job Summary: Newly created corporate trade compliance related role reporting to the General Counsel. The Anti-Dumping Duty Specialist will monitor and serve as the advisor to the company on minimizing anti-dumping and other duties.

Location: Southeastern United States

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Serve as corporate expert to offer advice on how to minimize anti-dumping and other duties

-Administer SAS programming to manage, analyze and report on anti-dumping duty risk factors

-Advise management on trends and other factors affecting product pricing

-Monitor commodity pricing and other cost factors to minimize liability for dumping duties

-Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Compliance, Logistics and Sales

-Assist in company inter-company transfer pricing policy program

Skills/Qualifications:

-Prior experience monitoring anti-dumping duties

-Experience with SAS software and reporting essential

-Strong analytical experience

-Knowledge of transfer pricing arrangements

-Ability to generate reports and presentations including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access

-Experience with SAP systems preferred

-Bachelor’s degree preferred

-Ability to travel overseas
